藤井風さんのラブバラード、”満ちてゆく”のなかでも特に示唆的な歌詞だ。
同じことは、”やば。”の中でも歌ってる。
”♪返してほしい、愛してほしい、そんなの愛じゃなかった～”
”カラカラな心”というのは、お釈迦様の言う”渇愛”のことだろう。
もっともっと、さらにもっと、という飢えた心は、どこまでも満足することを知らず、己を追い詰めてゆく。
そして人は、地獄に垂れた救いのクモの糸を、欲に駆られて自ら断ってしまいかねない。
はかりごとはせず、愛されるものであろうと努力することこそが、大事なんやね。
それが今の”藤井風さん”の人気を、音楽性とは別のところで支えているんだと思う。
結果は因果でこそあれ、目的ではないんだ。

These are particularly suggestive lyrics in Fujii Kaze's love ballad, "Michi Teyu Ku".
The same thing is sung in "YABA."
"Wanna be rewarded, wanna be loved, that wasn't love at all~."
"our dried-out hearts" is probably what Buddha refers to as "craving."
A hungry heart that wants more, more, and more, never being satisfied, pushes itself into a corner.
And people, driven by greed, may voluntarily cut off the spider thread of salvation that hangs down in hell.
The important thing is just to strive to be loved without any plans.
I think this is what supports Fujii Kaze's current popularity in ways other than his musicality.
The result is a cause-and-effect relationship, not the purpose.
