”帰ろう”も”さよならべいべ”も、藤井風さんにとって別れとは、必然でむしろ好ましいことだと歌ってるよね。
これら2曲の上をいく、究極の普遍性を歌ってる”真っ白”。
まるでスケッチブックの新しいページを広げるように、”真っ白”にしてしまうんだね。
過去を引きずらなくていい、と。
毎日が誕生日だ、と。
それがゴールに向かって進むための掟なんだとでも言うように。
コーラスが気持ちよく重なって、ピュア風とレトロ風の混在を感じる。
過去は否定するのではなく、置いてくるんだね。
"I like you,~" by Irohas KAZE makes me flutter, and then
"I'm not sure tho~" by Showa-like KAZE leaves me behind.
Isn't it too advanced technique to sing a farewell song so casually and refreshingly?
In both "Kaerou" and "SAYONARA Baby", Fujii Kaze sings that parting is inevitable and even desirable.
"masshiro" goes beyond these two songs and sings of ultimate universality.
It's like opening a new page in a sketchbook and making it "masshiro".
It tells us that I don't have to drag the past with us,
and that every day is our birthday.
As if that's the rule for moving forward towards our goal.
The chorus overlaps nicely, and I feel a mixture of pure and retro KAZE.
The past isn't denied, it's left behind, I'm sure that you say so.
