14年前のことを思い出すと、正しく悪夢のようだった。
営業車のカーラジオから鈴木おさむさんの声を聴いていたよ。
片側3車線の国道で、振り子のように揺れる信号機を見ながらハンドルを押さえつけるように握ってた。
それで何とか済んだ私はいいけれど、済んでいない方々がまだたくさんいることを、前に進みながらも忘れてはいけないね。
時間を巻き戻すことはできない。
それは、いい意味でも悪い意味でも。
結局現実を受け止めて、進むしかないんだ。
”離れなくちゃ、置いてかなくちゃ”進めないのが、このゲームの大切なルールなんだ。
進んだとしても、決して無かったことにはしない、ならない。
全ては繋がっている。
あれもこれも、今があるのは過去があったからだ。
全てに、ただ祈りたい。
When I think back to 14 years ago, it truly is like a nightmare.
I was listening to Osamu Suzuki's voice on the car radio in my company car.
I was on a three-lane national highway, gripping the steering wheel tightly as I watched the traffic lights sway like a pendulum.
I'm good that I had somehow managed to get through it, but as we move forward, we mustn't forget that there are still many people who have not.
We can't turn back time.
And that's in a good or bad sense.
In the end, we have no choice but to accept reality and move forward.
"I gotta go, leave you alone" - an important rule of this game is that we can't move forward if we'd not do it.
Even if we move forward, we can never pretend it never happened, and we can't.
Everything is connected.
Everything that exists now is because of the past.
I just want to pray for everything.
