最近、職場の雰囲気が少し良くない。
スタッフ同士、陰でコソコソ何やら揉めている。
そういうとき私は、聞き耳立てながらも知らん顔して仕事に集中するようにしている。
大体、暇じゃないので、２人が離脱しているとこっちは忙しいのだ。
おおよその見当はつくが黙っていると、そんなこんなを私に報告してくれるスタッフもいたりして、全容が見えてくる。
先日は店長の休暇の取り方が物議を醸していたらしい。
その店長、実は例のももクロ”春一”ライブに行ってたとこっそり本人から打ち明けられた。
新潟行きをカモフラージュするために東京土産を買ってきてまで努力？したようだ。
「振替があっても、もう休めない」って。
大変ご愁傷様です。
私も藤井風さんのライブチケットが取れたら、たとえ責任者であったとしても、休ませてもらいます。
Lately, the atmosphere at work has been a little bad.
The staff are whispering amongst themselves.
When that happens, I listen in but pretend not to notice and try to concentrate on my work.
We're usually busy, so when they're gone, I'm busy.
I have a rough idea, but when I keep quiet, some staff members report this and that to me, and the whole picture begins to emerge.
The other day, there was apparently some controversy over the way the manager takes her holidays.
The manager, she confided in me that she had actually gone to that Momoclo concert.
It seems she even went to the effort of buying souvenirs from Tokyo to disguise her trip to Niigata.
She said, "Even if it's rescheduled, I can't take any more time off."
My condolences.
If I could get tickets to Fujii Kaze's concert, I'd take the day off, even if I was the person in charge at work.
