昨日のJ-WAVE MORNING RADIOで別所さんが最後に言った言葉。
”ご機嫌は自分で作るもの”
以前どこかでも聞いたことがあって腑に落ちたはずだったのに、忘れてた素敵な言葉。
怒ったことがないという藤井風さんや黒柳徹子さんは、とっくに身につけているんだね。
徹子さんは「しくじり先生」で言っていた、「怒ったら誰もいい思いしない、何の得もない、何も解決しない」というようなこと。
別所さんが自然体の風さんに会って、その言葉を言いたくなったわけは、風さんのハッピーオーラに包まれてそんなバイブスを感じたんじゃないだろうか。
何でも受け入れる、でも無理はしない。
人を好きになる。
私だって是非とも身につけたい嗜みだ。

I'd heard this somewhere before and it made sense to me, but I'd forgotten what it meant.
People like Fujii Kaze and Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, who claim they've never gotten angry, have long since mastered it.
Tetsuko said something like, "When you get angry, no one feels good, you gain nothing, and nothing is solved."
I think Bessho wanted to say those words when he met the natural KAZE because he felt that vibe, surrounded by KAZE's happy aura.
Accept everything, but don't force it.
Love people.
It's a quality I'd love to acquire, too.
