I happened to come across this movie by chance, and it surprised me a bit.
"The Grand Finale," directed by Paolo Sorrentino in 2015.
I started watching it simply because it was the first thing listed on Amazon Prime Video, and I was immediately surprised.
Just as soon as I started watching it, I was like, "Wait, KAZE?"
Paul Dano, who plays the shady celebrity who gives Michael Caine's elderly musician protagonist a wink, looks just like the recent Fujii Kaze.
"Huh?" I was taken aback and shocked.
I looked him up and found out he was around 30 years old at the time, and also appeared in "Little Miss Sunshine," which I remember seeing before.
He looks a little plumper now, and gives a different impression.
The movie itself, with its lavish visuals and detailed setting, was indigestible.
I want to watch it again, but for a different reason.
