sold outで悔しい思いする人がなく、在庫管理が煩雑になるようなこともないように、注文販売を企画してくれた運営側の配慮に感謝する。

I'm grateful to the management for planning a pre-order sale, so that no one will be disappointed if something sells out, and so that inventory management won't be complicated.
I'll just think of my Christmas present this year as being from Fujii Kaze again.
I know all too well the joy of waiting.
