この時期は、チョット忙しい。
あんまりネガティブなこと書きたくないけど、チョット厳しい。
人に迷惑かけたくないし、自分も辛いの嫌だから、インフルエンザ予防接種を自腹で受けてこの機に臨んでる。
でも、具合悪いと言って突然仕事休む人、いる。
具合悪いのに出てきてもらっても困る。
（時給、県内最低賃金なんですけどー！）
わかってる、休む方も辛いよね。
風さんがツアー延期した時のこと思い出して、何とか笑顔を作る。

It's a bit busy this time of year.
I don't want to write anything too negative, but it's a bit harsh.
I don't want to cause trouble to others, and I don't want to be in pain too, so I'm taking this season with having get a flu shot at my own expense.
However, there are people who suddenly take time off from work because they feel unwell.
It would be a problem if someone come to work even though they are not feeling well.
(Our hourly wage is the minimum wage in the prefecture!)
I know, it's also hard for them to have to rest.
I'd manage to put a smile on my face, remembering when KAZE postponed his tour.
I'd listen to "Workin’ Hard" and get over it.
I'm not the only one having a hard time.
