藤井風さんがその楽曲で伝えたいこと、ただ一つだというそのテーマについて、以前私は、「幸せのハードルを下げて生きていこう」ということだと思うと書いた。
上手く言えてない気がするので、今一度、触れてみたい。
風さんが良く口にする、”すべては既に持っている” ”一人一人の中に最初から完全なものがある”というような言葉。
これは、自分を肯定し、他者と比べるまでもない個人の価値・尊さを語っている。
まず、そこに気づくことが大事だと。
人の存在する価値は、外に求めるものではなく、自分の中にこそあって、それに気づき・守り・磨くことが大切だ、と。
外からの評価や、他人との比較に惑わされないこと、すなわちFreeになること。
そのことを私は、「ハードルを下げる」と表現した。
いかにも社会の常識や世間体に縛り付けられている私の言葉じゃないか。
風さんなら、”ハードルなん初めっからねーでぇ”って言いよるかもしれん。
すべては自分の内なるものを愛することから始まる、ということだ。
だからこそ、自分がどうにかしなくちゃならない、ということでもあるかな。
テーマは一つとは言え、全部繋がってるから、かなり広範囲なことを言ってるよね。
