Important things that Fujii Kaze teaches us.
To let go.
Not to be attached.
To accept things as they are, with a free mind.
When I think about it, I've lived my life with the exact opposite way of thinking.
I always compared myself to something else, like normality or common sense, and tied myself down.
I thought I was bound by norms that were imposed on me, but it was me who imposed them on myself.
I felt comfortable being within common sense, and chose to do so.
Within common sense, I was looking for things that were sneaky, easy, that wouldn't cause me any loss, that I could gain, and that made me feel superior.
I wanted to feel reassured by comparing myself to others.
I didn't like myself.
Now, little by little, I feel like I'm escaping that curse and becoming liberated.
The opponent I'm fighting isn't the world, but myself.
